1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”):
• “Broker”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Amore Express (Renfrew) Ltd.
• “Client”, “you”, or “your” means the business or individual engaging our Services.
• “Supplier” means the licensed gas or electricity supplier with whom the Client may enter into an energy supply contract.
• “Contract” means an energy supply contract between the Client and a Supplier.
• “Services” means the brokerage and advisory services described in Clause 2.
2. Our Services
We act as an independent energy broker, assisting Clients in obtaining quotations and negotiating energy supply contracts.
Our Services may include reviewing energy usage, obtaining quotes, advising on tariffs, assisting with sign-up, and ongoing support if agreed.
We are not an energy supplier.
3. Fees and Commission
Our remuneration may be via supplier commission or a direct fee.
Commission may be built into energy rates.
Full disclosure of commission is available on request.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, notify changes, and ensure authority to enter energy contracts.
Clients are responsible for reviewing contracts before acceptance.
5. Supplier Contracts
Contracts are between Client and Supplier, not Amore Express (Renfrew) Ltd.
We are not responsible for Supplier performance or billing.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate before contract acceptance.
Commission or agreed fees remain due if a contract is secured through our services.
7. Data Protection
We comply with UK GDPR and may share data with Suppliers for quotation and contract purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We are not liable for indirect losses or supplier-related issues.
Our maximum liability equals the fees or commission earned.
9. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to info@amoreexpress.co.uk or 0333 772 4067.
Microbusinesses may contact the Energy Ombudsman if unresolved.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will appear on our website.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
